Notice of Proposed Emergency Regulations for the Code of Ethics & Education Requirements for Professional Fiduciaries
Code of Ethics - The Bureau consulted with several organizations in the development of the Code of Ethics, including the National Guardianship Association, a nationwide voluntary association of professional and family fiduciaries, guardians and allied professionals. The National Guardianship Association's Code of Ethics, titled A Model Code of Ethics for Guardians authorized by Michael D. Casasanto, Mitchell Simon and Judith Roman was a significant source of inspiration for many of the provisions of the Bureau's Code of Ethics.
